How does sound flow over to the other senses? For me, sound therapy feels very similar to my experience of nature in Iceland.
The name Eyraró is a combination of the Icelandic eyra (ear) and (calm).
I want to take you on a (sound) journey into stillness, rawness, and serenity – something the body and mind so often long for in the busyness of daily life. A place to come home to yourself.

What is sound healing?

Sounds (and music) have a deep effect on us, which is something that people have intuitively felt throughout the ages and across all cultures. But there are certain frequencies and ways of experiencing sound that open body and mind in a unique way, allowing us to heal, release blockages, and detox.
Sound therapy is designed to this and can help to

  • calm the nervous system
  • release or process emotions
  • relieve physical discomfort

Neurodivergence, chronic conditions, and stress are factors that many people face in our time. Maybe you recognize yourself in this, or maybe not, but regardless of the specific challenges you face: everything is welcome here, and your body and mind are invited to recharge.
